Systematic analysis on main uncertainties in calculating Greenhouse Gas Emissions, expatiation on the impact on clean development mechanism because of these uncertainties were presented, and pointed out that relatively to China' s characteristics on energy utilization, CO2 should be the main greenhouse gas in future co-operation on the clean development mechanism.
