稻草、麦秆等农作物秸秆资源再利用研究 被引量:19

摘要 研究了以稻草和麦秆为原料 ,用复合添加法制取糠醛的工艺条件 ,结果表明 :用 2 0 %硫酸 (液固比为 2 5∶1 ) ,加入复合添加剂 (Ⅰ ) (主要成分为磷酸钙、磷酸、重钙等 )或 (Ⅱ ) (主要成分为磷酸、重钙等 )添加比例为 1 5%~ 30 % (占原料重量 % ) ,常压 1 0 0℃蒸馏 2h ,出醛率达理论出醛率的 70 %~ 80 % ,废渣全部变为中性复合肥料。 study on technical conditions of produ cing furfural with rice and wheat straws by addition of the complex additives. T he results indicated that furfural yield rate reaches 70%~80% of the theoretic al rate after distillating for 2 hours under normal pressure and 100 ℃ by addin g the following complex additives, i.e., sulfuric acid with a concentration of 2 0% (wt), the ratio of liquid to solid being 2.5∶1 (wt), the additive (I) contai ning 80% (by weight, the same below) of calcium phosphate, 5%~10% of phorphoric acid, 5%~10% of calcium over-super phosphate and a little of sodium hydrosulp hite, or additive (Ⅱ) containing 80% of calcium over-super phosphate, 5%~10% of phosphoric acid, and other additives with a ratio of 15%~30% (wt). By satisf ying the above conditions, all residues can become neutral complex fertilizers w hich contain P and K after reaction.
