可持续发展类型与测度的理论探讨

Theoretical study on Measuring and classifying sustainable development

可持续发展的类型划分与可持续发展的测度是可持续发展理论研究的重要内容。科学反应可持续发展的特征 ,有利于可持续发展类型划分 ,是可持续发展测度的依据和目标。本文运用人地关系协调分析法与经济分析法 ,特别是与替代弹性不变生产函数分析法 (C.E.S生产函数 )相结合 ,提出了可持续的人均国内生产总值 ,探讨了可持续发展中人文资本、自然资本相互协调、相互依存的关系特征 。

Classifying the types of development and measuring sustainable development are two important aspects of sustainable development studies.So measuring sustainable development should reflect the principal of sustainable development and help to measure it. The paper applies combined analysis, especially the analytical methods of Constant Elasticity of Substitution Production Function and the analysis of Man-land coordinate relationship. The paper studies the homogeneity and interdependent between humane capital and natural in sustainable development. First, the paper puts forward the Sustainable Gross Domestic Production (SGDP): SGDP=GDP+Nonmarketing benefit-external loss-Supple-mentary expenditure-Human-made capital depreciation-Humane capital depreciation-Natural capital depreciation(1) Second, the paper builds a model on humane capital (Kh) and natural capital (Kn) of sustainable development: SGDP=A[aKn -p +(1-a)Kh -p ] -1/p (2) Then the paper analyses the relationship between Kh and Kn in the regional sustainable development. At last, the paper builds a new index system of measuring sustainable development and a new system of sustainable development type.
