摘要
水资源是影响２１世纪中国社会经济持续发展的重要因素，对于松嫩盆地来说．水资源能否可持续开发与利用．直接关系到松嫩盆地的根本经济建设和国土自然环境的稳定；依据可持续发展的思想，分析了影响松嫩盆地水资源可持续开发利用的突出问题．并提出了相应的对策和措施。
Water resources is an important factor which affect the sustainable development of Chinese social and economic directly in 21 century. As for Songhuajiang-Nenjiang basin. whether the development or utilization of water resources is sustainable seriously limits the construction of basic economy and stability of natural environment. This paper analyzes the main problems which affect the water resources sustainable development and utilization in songhuajiang-Nenjiang basin in detail according to the idea of sustainable development, and put forward some proper countermeasures.
