摘要
针对水资源丰富度与影响因素之间复杂的关系，提出了应用突变评判模型来评价流域水资源的丰富度．以便解决在水文条件复杂的地区样本不全和难以获得的难题。
Aiming at the complicated relations between the abundance of water resources and its influencing, factors. we raises evaluating the abundance of water resources with the models of catastrophe assessment to acquire the training or study specimens in the districts with comply hydrologic conditions.
