摘要
探讨了区域可持续发展人口容量的基本涵义。以黑龙江省海林市三道镇为例．选取了经济发展水平．自然资源、生态环境、合理营养水平和人口５项指标进行分析和预测，并提出了相应的对策和措施。
In this paper. we discuss the basic concept of sustainable development and population capacity. Taking the town of Sandao as an example. we choose five factors: economic development level. natural resources. ecological environment. rational nutrition level and population to discuss. The corresonding measures are also put forward.
