摘要
以颗粒状沸石为载体 ,表面涂履碱式聚合氯化铝而制备成固定化絮凝剂 ;以金属钛为载体 ,表面修饰钌氧化物膜 ,制备成催化电极 ,染整工业污水在以固定化絮凝剂 -催化电极填充的絮凝电氧化床内 ,于 4.0V恒电压和 30℃下催化电解 5h ,可达工业污水排放标准。
Fixed pollutant agglomerating agent was prepared by precipitating of polyaluminum chloride on zeolite grain surface and thermosetting it under temperature of 350℃ for about 2h . Catalytic electrodes with three dimensions were prepared by chemically depositing RuO 2 on the surface of titanium grain. With mass ratio of 2∶1,the fixed pollutant agglomerating agent and the catalytic electrodes were filled into a cage to form so called precipitate oxidization bed.Wastewater, which contained a lot of organic pollutants produced by dye house, was treated in the precipitate oxidization bed at constant potential of 4.0V and temperature of 30℃ for about 5h . After the above treatment processes, concentrations of pollutants in the wastewater were less than maximum permeable concentrations for levelⅡindustry wastewater promulgated by the GB4287-92.
