质量管理是环境监测工作的一个永恒主题。叙述了环境监测质量管理的发展概况 ,论述了环境监测全面质量管理的内涵和实施环境监测全面质量管理的意义。指出要实现环境监测全面质量管理 ,必须更新观念 ,提高质量管理人员的业务素质 ,加强质量管理规章。
Quality management was the eternal subject of environmental monitoring. The development status of overall quality management of environmental monitoring was expounded, and the content and significance to implement quality management of environmental monitoring were discussed. In order to realize overall quality management of environmental monitoring, it point out that it was important to renew sense, to improve the technique quality of quality managers and to strengthen the control for the execution of quality management regulations and procedures.
