Direct Burden Calculation Method of the Raw materials of Cement

本文分析了石灰饱和系数ＫＨ、硅ＳＭ及铝率ＩＭ与原料配合比的关系。给出了直接配料计算公式，并介绍了简化计算法。应用本文的方法可在极短的时间内求出原料配合比，克服了误差尝试法的两个缺点。

This paper analyzes the relations between the ratio of raw materials and the saturation coeffi- cient of lime KH,the ratio of silicon SM and the ratio of aluminium IM.The direct burden Calcu- lating formula is given and the simple calculation method is introduced too. The ratio of raw mate- rials could be calculated in a very short time with this method and the two drawbacks of trial and error could be overcome.
