摘要 本文通过三种冷作模具钢LDI、65Nb和Crl2MoV的橡胶轮磨损试验和松散磨粒磨损试验,以及磨损表面的SEM形貌观察,分析了试验钢的低应力磨粒磨损特性,同时研究了组织和力学性能对耐磨性的影响。结果表明:低应力磨粒磨损的耐磨性主要取决于材料的硬度,淬火态组织的耐磨性最好。 In this paper low suess abrasive wear characteristics of cold-working die steels LDI 65Nb and Crl2MoV are examined by means of the rubber wheel wear test loose abrasive wear test and SEM observation. The effects of microstructure and mechanical properties of tested steels on wear resistance are studied and discussed. The test results show that wear resistance of tested steel under low stress abrasive depends on material hardness. Wear resistance of quenched microstructure is highest.
