摘要
本文对无铬铁基粉末合金材料制备JL462Q汽车发动机进排气阀座圈的整个过程进行了研究。试制件与日本进口件的组织、性能等对比试验结果表明,采用本工艺可以制取与日本进口件性能相当的阀座圈。文中还讨论了合金元素Mo、Ni、Co、Cu等的作用。
A process to develop the valve seat inserts in JL462Q engine is studied. The material is an iron-based alloy without Cr. The results show that the microstructures and properties of the product are as good as those of the product made in Japan. The effects of Mo. Ni. Co. Cu etc. in the alloy are also discussed respectively.
