摘要
在对接触问题有限元分析方法及其在齿轮传动中的应用进行综述的基础上,对接触面边界条件的处理方法进行了研究,提供了一种有摩擦的三维弹性接触有限元改进混合法,结合圆柱齿轮接触有限元模型的前后处理技术,成功地应用于啮合轮齿的应力应变分析,为齿轮传动强度研究提供了一种高效、可靠的综合数值方法。
Based on the synthetic analysis of the finite element method of contact problems and its applications in gear transmission, this paper studies the boundary conditions on contact surfaces and presents an improved mixed finite element method for three-dimension contact problems with friction. Combined with the pre/post processing techniques of finite element models for the gear teeth,this method is used in the stress and strain analysis of the gear teeth satisfactorily. It is showed that this method is efficient and reliable for the study of the strength of gearing transmission.
