摘要
基于解耦方法,以各支路无功潮流为规划变量,并考虑了支路无功损耗的影响,构造了无功优化的非增量2次规划模型,其目标为因无功补偿使有功网损减小获得的收益并扣除补偿费用后的净收益现值最大。采用可完全消除增量变量迭代收敛性问题的拉格朗日乘子法和处理不等式约束的“违限取限”法,求解具有环网的电力网无功优化问题并附有算例。模型适用于35~110kv电力系统的无功优化。
Based on the decouple principle,a quadratic programming model with the' non-incremental' variables for evaluating the optimal scheme of the reactive power compensation inpower systems is presented in this paper. In the model ,the reactive power flows through all lines areregarded as the variables to be evaluated and the objective is to maximize the present cost of revenuesavings associated with reactive compensation.In order to completely tolve the convergency prob-lem,the Lagrange multiplier method and the treatment of 'setting the violating quantity equal to itsbund'are employed;The proposedel is suitable for selving the reactive optimization in 35~110kV power networks,which has been proved to be correct in the practical analysis for a county’spower supply network of sichuan province;
