摘要
本文所述的增压流化床燃烧及脱硫数学模型以两相理论为基础,综合考虑了床内气固流动、颗粒扬析和磨损、颗粒在床内停留时间的随机分布、挥发份和炭的燃烧、二氧化硫的脱除及床内主要气体组分的浓度沿床高的变化等因素,实现了增压流化床燃烧和脱硫的系统模化,模型的计算结果与东南大学增压流化床燃烧装置(SEU-PFBC)的试验值相比,两者吻合良好,有一定的参考价值。
A mathematical model of coal combustion and sulfur retention in pressurized fluidized beds has been developed. It considers most essential processes in PFBC, such as fluid hydrodynamics, coal devolatilization, char combustion, sulfur retention, elutriation and attrition, especially the random movement of particles in bed and the gas concentration distribution along the height. Compared with the experimental data, the calculation results show that the model is good.
