温-湿-气多功能智能测试系统的研究

摘要 温-湿-气多功能传感器是采用微粒子技术制造的一种新型传感器,是我国“七五”规划的科研成果。本文论述了测试系统的工作原理,重点分析了测湿机理,给出了温度、湿度、气体浓度测量电路及单片机控制电路。在软件设计方面,采用了平滑数字滤波技术,软件补偿方法及浮点运算方法,在国内首次研制出了“温-湿-气多功能智能测试系统”。 Temperature Humidity Gas Sensor is a new type of sensor in the eighties which adopts advanced technique - thesuperfme particle whilest it is the result of science and technology in the seventh Five- year plan. In this paper , the apparatus principle is discussed and humidity mensuring system is emphaticlly analysed. The measuring circuits of temperature and humidity and gas density is designed , and the controlling circuit of a single chip microcomputer is also designed . The smooth digital filter and the software - compansated method are adopted in softwere design. We first research and produce the multifunctional intelligent measuring apparatus of Temperature-Humidity-Gas density in our country. This apparatus is a intelligence measuring one that have the higher ratio between performance and price.
