摘要 1989年用花生盆栽试验及室内分析等手段,研完了叶施FCU复合铁对黄叶病花生叶片申铁、氮代谢的影响。结果表明:叶施FCUI复合铁后,叶片中全铁及活性铁含量迅速增加,随着时间的延长,叶片逐渐复绿,叶片中叶绿素及蛋白质氮含量逐渐增加,非蛋白质氮及游离氨基破含量逐渐降低。硫酸亚铁不仅可以改善叶片中铁的状况,而且可以使氮代谢恢复正常。尿素的作用不大。 Peanut grown in pots in 1989 and analysis in laboratory were conducted to study the effect of foliar applied FCU complex on the metabolisms of iron and nitrogen in chlorotic peanut leaves. The results showed that the total Fe and the active Fe in leaves increased rapidly after FCU complex was applied to leaves, as time goes on, the leaves regreened gradually, the chlorophyll content and the protein nitrogen in leaves increased gradually while the non-protein nitrogen and the free amino acid decreased gradually, FeSO_4 not only could improve the condition of iron in leaves, but also enabled the nitrogen metabolism to return to normal, The effect of urea on the metabolisms of iron and nitrogen was not statistically significant.
