猪离体消化试验的不同处理方法对饲料干物质和蛋白质消化率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文对14种黑豆和饼类饲料样本用不同处理方法进行了猪离体消化试验,测得了干物质消化率和蛋白质消化率。经检验、分析认为:饲料干物质主要在小肠内消化,干物质消化牛与蛋白质消化率无相关性;两种处理饲料蛋白质消化率差异显著,而二者又无相关性,因此,用二段处理法测定饲料蛋白质消化率是必要的。 Fourteen samples of black soybean and oil by-product bone were analyzed by means of different treatments in the in vitro digestive tests. The dry matter digestibility and protein digestibility were obtained. Through analysing the results, we found that dry matter was mainly digested in small intestine. Correlation of dry matter digestibility and protein digestibility was nonexistent, with a significant difference between dry matter digestibility and protein digestibility by two treatments, which had no correlation with each other. Therefore, it was necessary to determine the protein digestibility through two methods.
