Researches in Alfalfa LPC (Ⅰ)Comparative Experiments of Some Treatments

以苜蓿为原料进行的叶蛋白不同提取方法的研完表明,酸化加热处理的效果最好,且具有较广的适应性。每100克鲜样叶蛋白产量为11.99克,粗蛋白含量为54.03％,粗蛋白提取率为19.13％。用90％乙醇洗涤叶蛋白,可提高粗蛋白含量。

Take Medicago Sativa as raw material to extract LPC. Results showed that the optimum way was HCI—Treated. The yield of LPC was 11.99g/100g. Crude protein content of LPC was 54.03%. Extractive rate of crude protein was 19.13%. when LPC was washed with 90% ethanol, crude protein content was increased about 14%.
