摘要
本文用成年狗14条,随机分成对照组和驻极体治疗组,以狗的股直肌为实验模型,用TeflonFEP驻极体对失神经支配的移植肌肉的功能恢复作了研究。结果表明:应用驻极体后,移植肌肉的电生理指标明显优于对照组,新生动作电位提早出现,移植肌肉获得神经再支配的时间较对照组提前。驻极体具有促进神经再生,延缓移植肌萎缩,促进移植肌肉功能恢复的作用。
Twnety-eight rectus femoris muscles in adult dogs divided into 2 groupswere grafted orthotopically with microneurovascular anastomosis. The FEP elec-tret was wound on transplant muscle after operation and on the opposite trans-piant muscle with the FEP membrane without static electricty was used as a con-trol. The observation time was 22 weeks. The results showed that the recovery of electromyographic signs was better, the action potential earlier found and themaximum contratile force in vivo 10 percent higher in the electret group thanthose in the control group. In conclusion,the treatment using FEP electret sub-strate can improve peripheral nerve growth and reduce atrophic number of trans-ferred muscle.
