脑瘤手术前后血脑屏障变化的放射核素对比观察 被引量:2

摘要 本文根据脑瘤周围脑组织水肿,血脑屏障破坏使放射性核素在病灶区浓聚的原理,通过7闪烁计数的方法,观察脑瘤切除术后血脑屏障的变化,以及当肿瘤病理因素去除之后血脑屏障在短期内是否能够恢复进行分析,现将观察结果报告如下。
