摘要
通过检测两株不同辐射敏感性细胞γ线照射后DNA合成的水平,发现电离辐射敏感细胞SX-9的DNA合成抑制程度明显低于对辐射较不敏感的野生型细胞SR-1,而且前者受低剂量照射的影响程度显著低于后者,2Gy照射后SX-9细胞DNA合成的恢复率亦快于SR-1细胞。
The rate of DNA synthesis in two strains of cells of different sensitivity after the exposure to y-rays was determined. The inhibition of DNA synthesis in radio-sensitive mutant SX-9 was much less than that in wild-type SR-1 cells, and there was not a distinct rapid inhibition at lower dose irradiation in the SX-9 cells. Recovery of the rate of DNA synthesis after 2 Gyγ-ray irradiation was more rapid in SX-9 cells than in SR-1 cells.
