摘要
研究果表明:2mg/kgCd能引起母鼠出现轻微中毒症状及体重减轻,胚胎死亡率明显增高。8mg/kgCd引起胚胎生长发育迟缓,畸形发生率明显高于对照组,胎盘重量减轻。1及2mg/kgCd引起F_1代仔鼠个别行为指标异常,4mg/kgCd引起F_1代仔鼠存活力明显降低、体格及行为发育迟缓。4mg/kgCd染毒孕鼠孕晚期尿蛋白明显高于对照组,而生后3周仔鼠的肾功能未见明显改变。
Cadmium was injected subcutaneouly into Wistar pregnant rats on day 7、 9、 11 of gestation. The effects of cadmium On embryo development, behavior and renal function of offspring were studied. The results showed: toxic symptoms, decrease of body weight gain ofdams and increase of incidence of embryo mortality were observed in 2mg Cd/kg group. The embryo growth retarda tion, increase of incidence of malformation and decrease of placenta weight were observed in 8mg Cd/kg group. Few parameters of behavior changed in F generation offspring of 1 and 2mg Cd /kg group. The significant decrease of postnatal viability, retardation of physical and behavioral development were observed in 4mg Cd/kg group. Urine protein of pregnant rats in late gestation increased significantly and urine protein of offspring of F generation on postnatal day 21 was not effected.
