诊治腰椎间盘脱（膨）出症60例分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of the Protrusion or Expansion of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc -Analysis of 60 Patients

笔者先后诊治了腰椎间盘脱（膨）出症６０例，均使用针刺经验穴配合坐姿手法复位进行治疗，治愈率达９０％，有效率为９８％。并根据个案记录资料对全部病例的各项物理检查结果作了整理分析，提出了可靠的诊断依据。其中有２２例经ＣＴ扫描，诊断符合率为１００％。

In this article reported the diagnosis and treatmer of 60 patients suffering from protrusion or ex-pansion of the lumbar intervertebral disc.on my own therapeutic experiences in many occasionss ,the therapy of the acupuncture treatment supported by the manual reduction were performed on the patients in a sitting position.The cure rate is90%and effect rate is 98%, The diagnosis of protrusion and expanxion of the lumbar intervertebraldisc were comfirmed by CT scanning in 22 cases.
