摘要
本文报告手术治疗的６９例退变性腰椎椎管狭窄症。椎管内组织退行性变是狭窄的根本因素，但也有个体的差异。作者介绍了一种测量方法，经脊髓造影及手术证实符合率达７８％。手术后临床症状消失或基本消失６３例，占９１．３％，无１例加重者。

some individaual variation the depression of the contcnt tissue of the canal is theorlginal course
of the disease,The symptoms of 63 cases(91.3%)totally or almost disappeared,There was no one
the symptoms became worse after operation. A new method of canal measurement isintruduced.lt
was proved by the angiography and operation that the method has a high accuracy rateof 78%.
