体重变化及相关因素与高血压发病关系的病例对照研究

A CASE-CONTROL STUDY ON THE RELAT-SIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CHANGES OF WEIGHT,RELATIVE FACTORS AND PATHO-GENESIS OF HYPERTENSION

本文利用１９９１～１９９２年在天津市滨江医院内科门诊高血压抽样调查资料进行配对病例对照研究。应用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型分析资料。结果显示，同高血压发病相关的危险因素有高血压家族史、职业、低文化水平、调查时较高的体重或体重指数（ｋｇ／ｍ２）、同基础体重相比较高的发胖程度和较早的发胖年龄。按体重调整后，未发现高血压与吸烟存在统计学联系。

o study the relationship between change of weight ,relative factors and hypertension (HBP),a pair-matchedcase-control study was conducted with data on HBP ran- dom sampling survey in the outpatient service of depart- ment of intetnal medicine in Tianjin Binjiang Hospital from 1991 to 1992.The cases were selected from 312 patients with HBP diagnosed during 1990 ～ 1992 and indentifiednewly in the survey.The controls were selected from othersubjects wittout cardiovascular disease history and matchedby age and sex.The conditional logistic regresion modelwas used for the analysis.The risk factors linked to the de-velopment of HBP were history of HBP in the first degreerelatives ,occupation,lower level of education,higherweight or body weight index(Kg/M2) in the survey,high-er degree of getting fat in comparison with basic weight andearly age of getting fat.After adjusted for weight,HBPwas not statistically associated with smorking.
