利用三级医疗网开展农村高血压防治

A THREE-GRADE MEDICAL NETWORK FOR HYPERTENSION PREVENTION IN RVEAL AREA

１９９１～１９９２年北京市房山区十万农民高血压流调表明：高血压患病率及心脑血管病病死率逐年增高，农村患者病情重、卫生知识水平低、就医条件落后；而有组织、有规划、有策略、有基地、加强原有三级医疗网建设，针对每一级网点的具体情况，进行不同层次的防病意识和诊疗技术培训，对患者进行面对面的卫生宣教和诊疗，不失为一种有效而可行的途径；两年的工作使防治区高血压病人的管理率和血压控制率均达到６０％和５０％以上；一个利用三级医疗网开展以高血压防治为主，一网多用，建立医教研防一体化的农村高血压防治模式已初具雏形。

n epidcmiological study on 100 ,000 farmets with hy- pertension in Fangshan District, Beijng , was carricd out from 1991to 1992,The results indicated that the motbidity of hypertension,and the mortality of cardio-cerebrovascular disease incteased year by year , the state of illness was se- vere,and it was quite difficult to obtain medical service in rural area.Thus it was important to reinforce the three-grade medical network with well arrangement.According to different grade of network corresponding level of trainl- ng and education was perforrned.Health education and medical treatfment were given to the patients individnally During these two years,the adminstration rate of hyperten-sion and the control rate of hypertension were over 60% and 50%respectively in the control district. Anintegral hy-pertension prevention and control district with three-grade network,performing medical trcatment,health educationand scientific reseatch,was alrcady preliminarily estab-lished in the rutal area of Fangshan ,and the medical net-wook was also applied for mutiple utses.
