环丙沙星与头孢哌酮治疗下呼吸道感染的随机对照试验

The Therapeutic observation of Treating 42 Cases of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection With Ciprofloxacin and Cef opolazone

应用环丙沙星注射剂为治疗组,头孢哌酮注射剂为对照组,随机对照治疗下呼吸道感染42例.结果:环丙沙星组有效率明显高于头孢哌酮组,二组有明显差别(P<0.01);二组细菌清除率有非常显著差别;二组不良反应均轻微,无因此而中断治疗者.

Fourty- two cases suffering from lower tesperatoty tract infection were treated with ciprofloxacin and cefopolazone. Resuets showes that there were significant difference in the curative rate, bacteria clearance(P<0. 01). Both groups of the adverse actions were light. Between ciprofloxacin and cefopolazone the total curative rate with ciprofloxacin was higher.
