摘要 实验在乌拉坦、氯醛糖混合麻醉的大鼠和猫上进行,弱电流利激腓深神经,桡深神经均起明显降压效应,强电流刺激时降压效应减小。刺激腓浅神经以升压反应为主,刺激正中神经引起强烈的升压反应,失血状态下刺激上述神经均起升压反应,除正中神经外,刺激所引起的升压反应都可被静脉推注东茛菪碱阻断。另外,电生理实验显示,刺激腓深、腓浅神经引起的传入冲动可聚合于延髓巨细胞旁外侧核的神经元。刺激腓深神经可抑制其兴奋反应,而刺激腓浅神经多数起兴奋作用。 Experiments were performed on ureth- ane-chloralose anaesthetized rats and cats. Significant depressor responses were indu- ced by stimulation of deep peroneal nerve (DPN) or deep radial nerve (DRN) with weak current, and pressor respone could be induced if stronger current were used. on the other hand, stimulation of the superfi- cial pcroneal nerve (SPN) often caused pressor responses, with both weak or stro- nger currents, and stimulation of median nerve (MN) always indueed very strong pressor effect. When the blood pressure of rats was lowered by haemorrhage, stimu- lation of any of the somatic nerves men- tioned above induced pressor responses, and mostly couldbeblocked byscopolaminei.v., only the pressor effect of MN stimula- tion could not. Electrophysiological evid- ence showed that the somatic input induced by stimulation of nerves underneath acupo- ints convergent to the neurons in nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis.
