腕踝针治疗周围性面瘫40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Treated with Wrist Ankle Acupuncture

观察组采用腕踝针治疗 ,对照组用常规针刺法。结果表明 ,观察组与对照组的疗效及治疗天数差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5) ,但两组在治疗次数与疗效的关系上差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 0 5)。运用腕踝针治疗次数少 。

Purpose To investigate the therapeutic effect of wrist ankle acupuncture for treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Wrist ankle acupuncture was used for treatment of the observation group and routine acupuncture for the control group.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the therapeutic effect and the treated days (P>0 05),but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the relation between the treated times and the therapeutic effect(P<0 005).Conclusion Wrist ankle acupuncture has advantages of less treatment times and less pain.
