摘要
截瘫神经痛是脊髓损伤后常见的并发症 ,观察 2 6例该类患者 ,采用头针及阿是埋针方法 ,疗效评定标准采用国际公认且信度较高的MPQ问卷 ,进行疗前疗后评定 ,结果进行统计学分析 ,P <0 0 1.
Purpose To explore therapeutic method of acupuncture for neuralgia of paraplegia.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] 26 cases of neuralgia of paraplegia were treated with scalp acupuncture and needle embedding at Ashi point,and the therapeutic effect was assessed with MPQ questionnaire,and the results were analysed statistically.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] After treatment,pain of the patient relieved significantly,PRI was reduced averagely by 7 scores and PPI 1 5 scores,with significantly difference before and after treatment, P <0 01.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion The therapy has a better therapeutic effect for neuralgia of spinal cord injury. [
