摘要
以 32只SD大鼠随机分成 4组 :空白对照组、肢体组 (“足三里”“承山”)、躯干组 (“大椎”“命门”)、综合组 (“足三里”“承山”“大椎”“命门”)进行穴位电刺激 ,观察大鼠骨骼肌ATP酶 (AT Pase)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)活性的变化。实验结果表明 ,穴位电刺激使大鼠骨骼肌ATPase、LDH和CPK活性显著升高 (P <0 0 5) ,肢体组优于躯干组 ,以综合组效果最好。并对协调发展磷酸肌酸 (CP)供能 ,酵解供能能力有明显效果。
Purpose [WT5”BZ]To investigate effect of electric stimulation of acupoint on energy metabolism of skeletal muscles.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Thirty two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,blank control group,limb acupoint group,trunk acupoint group,and comprehensive acupoint group,and they were treated with electric stimulation of acupoint and activities of ATPase,lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phosphokinase (CPK) in skeletal muscles were determined.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] After electric stimulation of acupoint,activities of ATPase,LDH and CPK increased significantly (P<0 05),the effect in the limb acupoint group was better than that of the trunk acupoint group,and the comprehensive acupoint group was the best.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Electric stimulation of acupoint can improve energy metabolism in skeletal muscles.
