白苔和黄苔舌上皮细胞化学指标的观测

Observation of glossal Epithelial Cytochemistry Indexes of White and yellow Tongue Coatings

为了探讨不同舌苔舌上皮细胞的代谢特点，运用显微分光光度技术，检测了３３例病理白苔、３５例黄苔与２６例正常舌苔舌上皮细胞７项化学指标的含量，并按辨证分型进行了比较。结果：白苔组各项指标除葡萄糖－６－磷酸脱氢酶（Ｇ－６－ＰＤＨ）外，均低于正常组，其中乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、苹果酸脱氢酶（ＭＤＨ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）３项有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），黄苔组各项指标（ＡＣＰ除外）均显著高于正常组和白苔组（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）；各项指标数值实热证组＞正常组＞虚寒证组，实热证组与虚寒证组、正常组之间有非常显著性差异（均Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示白苔、黄苔有各自不同的细胞化学变化特点，并与辨证结果基本一致。

tongue epithelial cytochemistry indexes in 33 cases of white tongue coatings,35 cases of yellow tongue coatings and 26 cases of normal tongue coatings were detected with microspectrophotometry, and compared according to the syndrome differentiations. The results showed that in white tongue coating group.all of the indexes but G-6-PDH were lower than those in normal group,and LDH, MDH and ACPwere significantly different (P<0.05 or p<0.01); in yellow tongue coating group, all of the indexes but ACP were obviously higher than those in normal and white groups (P<0.05 or p<0.01); The relations of the indexes among different syndrome differentiations were as below: essense heat group >normal group >deficient cold group. There were obviously differences among the three groups (p<0.01). It indicated that white tongue coating and yellow tongue coating have different features in cytochemical changes which were in accordance with the syndrome differentiations.
