摘要
目的 探讨炎症因素与腰椎间盘突出症患者直腿抬高的相关性。方法 用ELLSA法测定了 84例腰椎间盘突出症患者手术中取出的髓核组织中白细胞介素I (IL 1)含量 ,将之与患者的直腿抬高程度进行相关性分析 ,同时还进行了患者突出组织大小与直腿抬高程度的相关性分析 ,并将两者进行对照。结果 ①IL 1含量与患者直腿抬高角度成负相关 ;②患者直腿抬高与突出物大小间无明显相关性。
Objective To study the role of inflammation in the straight leg rate of lumbar disc herniation patients Methods Interleukin 1(IL 1) was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay using commercially availabale kits according to the manufactures instruction The relationship between straight leg rate and the IL 1 concentration was studied in 84 patients And the relationship between straight leg rate and the size of herniated lumbar discs was studied in the same group Results There was significent linear correlation between the concentration (Pg/g) of IL 1 and the straight leg rate(γ=-0 563),P<0 01 No linear correlation between the size of herniated discs and the straight leg rate was found (γ=-0 129),P>0 05 Conclusion The results suggested that inflammation played a more important role than mechanical compression on straight leg rate
