通栓扶正胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床与实验研究

CLINICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON TONGSHUAN FUZHENG CAPSULE IN TREATING CEREBRAL INFARCTION

目的 :研究通栓扶正胶囊对脑梗死患者临床疗效与溶栓、免疫功能的影响。方法 :将 146例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组常规治疗加口服通栓扶正胶囊 ,30 d后对两组治疗前、后神经功能缺损程度、疗效及有关实验室检查指标进行比较 ,对其数据进行统计学处理。结果 :两组治疗后 ,神经功能缺损程度相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组总有效率 95 .6 8% ,对照组总有效率 6 3.33% ,经 U检验 (P<0 .0 1) ,差异显著 ;两组治疗后各实验室检查指标对比 CD3+ 、CD4+ 、CD8+ 、CD4+ / CD8+ 、PAGm、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数差异显著。结论 :通栓扶正胶囊即可溶解血栓 ,又可调节机体免疫功能。

Objective:To study the clinical effect,embolismlysis of Tongshuan Fuzheng capsule on cerebral infarction patients and its influence to immunity function Method:Randomly,146 cerebral embolism patents were divided into observation group and control group Routine treatment and Tongshuan Fuzheng capsule are administered to the observation group After 30 days,the injury degree of nerve function,effect and relative experimental indexes were compared to those in the beginning Results:①After treatment,the nerve infury degrees of two groups showed remarkable diffence(P<0 05) ②The total effectivity of the observation group reached 95 68%,while the total effectivity of the control group is 63 33% (P<0 01) ③Compared the experimental indexes of two groups after the treatment,it can be found that CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 +,PAGm viscosity of plasma,assembling index RBC is remarkablely different in the two groups Conclusion:Tongshuan Fuzheng capsule can dissolve embolism and regulate immunity function [
