针刺复合硬膜外麻醉下小切口胆囊切除术的研究

A study of minilaparotomy cholecystectomy under extradural anesthesia of spinal cord combined with acupuncture anesthesia

目的 探讨针刺复合硬膜外麻醉下小切口胆囊切除术是否适宜于基层医院推广应用。方法 选择四所基层医院开展针刺复合硬膜外麻醉下小切口胆囊切除术 (试验组 30 0例 ) ,其结果与我院同期完成的该手术 (对照组 2 80例 )结果进行对照分析。结果 试验组中 2 91例完成针刺复合硬膜外麻醉下小切口胆囊切除术 ,成功率 97% ,并发症率 12 % ;对照组中 2 76例完成该手术成功率 98.4% ,并发症率 11.4% ,两组均未发生出血、胆管损伤和其他严重并发症。结论 经过技术上改进 。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of minilaparotomy cholecystectomy under extradural anesthesia of spinal cord combined with acupuncture anesthesia in junior hospitals.Methods The results of the surgical procedures performed in four selected junior hospitals(the test group,300 cases)were compared with those performed in Chengdu First People’s Hospital(the control group,280 cases).Results The procedures of 291 cases(97%)in the test group and 276 cases(98.4%)in the control group had been successfully completed respectivcly.In the test group post-operative complications were observed in 36 cases(12%) while in the control group the complications were observed in 32 cases(11.4%).No homorrage,bile duct injury and other severe complcations occurred in both groups.Conclusion It is practicable to perform minilaparotomy cholecystectomy under extradural anesthesia of spinal cord combined with acupuncture anesthesia by improving the technique in junior hospitals.
