摘要
目的 :探讨颞下颌关节 (TMJ)的磁共振成像 (MRI)和相应解剖形态的相关关系。方法 :4具尸体 ,①双侧TMJMRI(头部线圈、SE序列T1加权 )检查和解剖学测量 ,并作相应的相关性分析 ;②翼外肌正矢状位与髁状突翼颌斜位 (CPMOP)图像及相关性分析。结果 :TMJ骨质结构MRI影像检查结果与解剖测量结果具有高度一致性 ,关节盘仅内 1/3两种测量结果有相关性 ;翼外肌正矢状位MRI和髁状突翼颌斜位MRI图像具有高度相关关系。结论 :MRI(头部线圈、SE序列T1加权 )可用以对TMJ硬组织形态的观察和测量 ,翼外肌正矢状位片可用以对翼外肌上下头形态测量。
?Objective: To study the relationship of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) with anatomic characteristics of temporomandibular joint(TMJ). Methods: MRI(head ring, SE, T1 weight) was taken and anatomic measurement was conducted in 8 TMJs of 4 cadavers. The anatoic characteristics and the images of lateral pterygoid muscle(LPt) in sagittal view and condylar pterygomandibular oblique projection( CPMOP ) were analysed.Results: Significant correlation( P <0.01) was found between MRI and anatomic measurements in condyle diameter and in the length, thickness and angle of superior and inferior LPts, while correlation( P <0.05) was only found in the medial 1/3 diameter of the discs. Conclusion: MRI (head ring, SE, T1) may be a reliable means for the analysis of anatomical features of TMJ osseous tissue and that of sagittal view for LPt.
