Z-plate系统在脊柱胸腰段前路手术中的应用

Application of Z-plate system on the operation of spinal thoracolumbar fracture

目的观察并评估Z -plate钢板在胸、腰段骨折前路内固定术中的作用和价值。方法对 8例胸、腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤病人行前路减压植骨 ,采用Z -plate钢板作内固定。结果术后随访 6～ 18个月 ,固定牢靠。结论Z -plate系统在材料、设计、专用工具匹配等方面具有较高的科学性、先进性 ,值得推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the practical value of anterior interior fixation with Z-plate on the treatment of spinal thoracolumbar fracture. Methods 8 patients with thoracolumbar fracture and spinal cord injury were received anterior decompression, bone graft and Z-plated interior fixation. Results All patients were followed up for 6-18 months after operation and have a relative stable fixation. Conclusion Z-plate system can be advocated for clinical application.
