风动式甲醛熏蒸导管灭菌效果研究

Effects of wind formaldehyde fumigation

目的 :提高甲醛熏蒸灭菌效果 ,缩短消毒时间。方法 :采用风动式甲醛熏蒸灭菌法 ,将内外壁遍涂菌液后待干的 3种内径导管作为消毒效果观察点 ,取 0 .5h、1h、1.5h、2h、3h样本 ,按无菌操作法剪下导管中段 4cm ,种入无菌肉汤试管内 ,放入 35℃恒温箱内培养 48h ,做细菌学鉴定 ,重复 5次 ;普通熏蒸法采用同样时间点 ,相同导管样本做为对照组 ;结果 :风动式甲醛熏蒸灭菌法 3种口径导管在消毒 0 .5h时 ,细菌阳性率低于 5 0 % ,1h时即达灭菌效果。普通熏蒸法 0 .5h 10 0 %有菌生长 ,1h细菌阳性率 80 %以上 ,3h方达同样灭菌效果。两种灭菌方法效果比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :风动式甲醛熏蒸灭菌较普通法所需时间短 ,灭菌效果完全。

Objective:To improve the effect of formaldehyde fumigation sterilization and to shorten the time of the sterlization.Methods:The evperiaeutal group under went wind formadelyde fumigation.The interior and the exterior of catheters of three different calibese were smeared with bacterial fluid and the sterilization effects were observed .Sampling was performed at 0.5h,1h,1.5h,2h and 3h.4cm sampler were taken from the catheter using aseptic manipulation and placed into aseptic broth.Samples were placed in a thermostated bath at 35℃ for 48h.The test was repeated 5 times and bacteria were identified.Samples taken at the same time from the same catheters that received ordinary fumigation sterihzation served as controls.Results:The catheters receiving wind formaldehyde fumigation showed.50% less bacteria growth at 0.5h and had bacterial growth at 1h.By ordinary fumigation,there was 100% growth of bacteria at 0.5h and more than 80% at 1h.There was no growth at 3h.The difference between the two methods was sterilization ( P <0.01).Conclusion:Sterilization by wind formaldehyde fumigation can shorten the time ard improve the effect of sterilization compared with ordinary fumigation.
