不同性别伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症临床分析

Clinical Features of Male and Female Schizophrenics with Depressive Symptoms

为了解不同性别伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症的临床特征，对我院1998年伴抑郁症状的男女精神分裂症患者的临床资料进行对照研究，结果显示，女性患者病前诱因较多，躯体化障碍明显；男性无助、无望感明显。女性患者较多表现为疑病、罪恶和虚无妄想，紧张焦虑者多见；男性患者具有自杀行为的较多。治疗上女性患者加用抗抑郁剂多见。伴抑郁症状的精神分裂症病人不同性别存在某些差异。

Objective Tounderstand the clinical features of male and female Schizophrenic patients with depressive sgmptoms. Method Retrospective data analyses were made on schizophrenic inpatients of both sexes with depressive symptoms from our own hospital during 1998. Results Female depressive schizophremics are characterized by more precipitating events,somitization symptoms, delusion of hypochondria, sin and nihilism as well as nervonsnesses and anxieties while male depressive schizophvenics have more obvious helpless,hopeless symptons and suicidal behaviors. No significant difference were found in vecovery between sexes except for fe male potients being treated with more additinonal antidepressamts. Conclusion schizopuronics with depressive symptoms do have some differecces in clinical features between sexes.
