摘要
利用高速离心法分离年青红细胞和老化红细胞。分别与不同浓度的连苯三酚在硷性生理盐水中温育后,测定其丙二醛和脂褐质含量,以了解在外源性氧自由基作用下两类红细胞的脂质过氧化损伤情况.在较低浓度的连苯三酚作用下,年青红细胞的丙二醛含量无明显变化,而老化红细胞丙二醛含量显著增多。自然老化的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活力和还原型谷胱甘肤舍量都显著低于年青红细胞.
To compare the lipid peroxidations caused by exogenous oxygen free radi- cals in aged and young erythrocytes,the contents of molondialdehyde (MDA) and lipofuscin were determined after incubating the erythrocytes in alkalized salin with pyrogallol in various concentrations.The results showed that the MDA content had no ev- ident change in the young erythrocytes comparing with control group at lower concentra- tion of pyrogallol,while it was signifcantly increased in the aged erythrocytes.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of glutathione (GSH) were lower in aged erythrocytes than that in young ones.All of the issuse had been discussed in this paper.
