摘要
用苦参碱、氧化苦参碱给小鼠腹腔注射,以岛津CS-930薄层扫描仪测定小鼠脑中递质γ-氨基丁酸和甘氨酸的含量,结果表明二药都增加小鼠脑中递质和的含量,而呈镇静作用。
After intraperitonial injection of matrine and oxymatrine in mice,the con- tent of two transmitters-γ-aminobutyrate acid (GABA) and glycine (GLY) in the brain were determined by schimadzu CS-930 thin layer scanner.The results showed that both drugs could increase contents of GABA and GLY in the brain of mice,and cause a sedative effect.
