摘要
用冷凝巩膜外垫压术治疗视网膜脱离54例(54只眼),成功率92.6%。本法不破坏巩膜,不影响再次手术。不受涡静脉眼外肌的限制,手术方法简便易行,成功率高,已被临床广泛采用。本文做了病例分析,并讨论了冷凝及硅胶巩膜外垫压的优点和手术经验。
The retina detachment of 54 eyes out of 54 patients were treated by episclera buckling with cryosurgery,since 1989～1991.The success rate of the operation was 92.6%. This operation technique did not destroy the sclera,and had no influence on the next oper- ation.This operation may not be restricted by the extraocular muscles and vorticose vein.It was simple and easy to be mastered with widely clinically used.The advantages of this op- eration technique and the experience were discussed in this paper.
