21例神经母细胞性肿瘤的免疫组织化学标记

摘要 应用免疫组化技术(ABC法)回顾性研究1980~1988期间21例神经母细胞性肿瘤,其中神经母细胞瘤12例,节细胞神经母细胞瘤:分化差性2例,混合性4例,分化性3例。结果显示阳性病例NSE17例(80.95%),S-100 15例(71.43%),GFAP 6例(28.57%)。阳性病例数在各组织类型中随瘤组织分化程度而增加。其免疫标记染色强度与瘤细胞分化程度基本一致。研究表明NSE在新生儿和儿童的小细胞性肿瘤仍可用作诊断神经母细胞瘤较特异的标记。S-100在周围神经组织和有关组织与肿瘤则表达了神经鞘或神经鞘样细胞的分化,与节细胞分化一样,可认为是神经母细胞瘤组织学成熟的标志。其数量也可作为神经母细胞性肿瘤分型判别的根据,具有预后意义。GFAP在本组中分布与S-100相同,但阳性率低下,可作为周围神经及其相关组织和肿瘤的神经鞘或神经鞘样细胞分化的辅助标志。一些瘤细胞出现抗原表达的变异或多种抗原是与该瘤细胞的分化过程变异有关。 Twenty one cases of neuroblastic tumors were studied retrospectively by immuno-histochemical technique (ABC method). The result showed that 17 cases(80.95%)wereNSE positive, 15(71.43%) were S-100 protein positive and 6(28.57%) were GFAP po-sitive. The staining intensity was roughly coincidental with the differential degreeof tumor cells. NSE can be recognized as a more specific marker for diagnosing neuro-blastic tumors in small cell tumor of neonates and children. S-100 protein can demo-nstrate the differentiation of Schwann cell or Schwann-like cell in peripheral nervetissuesand related tumors. Their amount can be considered as the basis for histologicaltyping of neuroblastic tumors and for the sign of prognosis.
