摘要
华西医科大学用合格可靠的标准化病人,对15名新任“临床技能教学与评估”课教师进行基本技能训练前、后的评估,结果表明,训练后成绩显著提高。学校要求经过严格的岗前培训并取得优良成绩者才能上岗,从而确保了新任教师的带教水平。评估中还发现了以往诊断学教学中的某些薄弱环节,为今后教改指出了方向,并提供了依据。
By applying qualified and reliable standardized patients Huaxi Medical University gave15 teachers who newly served as diognostic instructors an evaluation of their basic clinicalskills before and after the training with standardized patients.The result shows that their-clinical skills have remarkedly improved after the training.The university requires that thosewho take up their post have to receive their strict prerequisite post training so as to ensuretheir standard of instruction.
