Content Determination of Astragaloside IV in anti-kidney-failure Capsule

本实验采用双波长薄层扫描法测定抗肾衰胶囊中黄芪甲甙的含量。经氯仿:甲醇:水(65:35:10)下层展开,显色,薄层扫描,测得黄芪甲甙含量为31.61%(mg/g),RSD 为3.62%,平均回收率为104.5%。结果表明测定方法准确、可靠、简便、易行。

In the experiment,dual-wavelenth TLC scanning was used to determine the content of Astragaloside IV in anti-kidney-faliure Capsule(AKFC).The eluant was choroform-methanol-water(65: 35:10),and get the suhvstratum solution.Bydual-wavelength seanning.We determined that the content of Astragaloside IV was 31.61%(mg/g).The average rate of recovery was 104.5%,and RSD was 3.62%.The method was proved stable and accurate.
