气相色谱法测定头孢氨苄中丙酮的含量

Determination of Acetone content in Cefalexin by Gas Chromatography

本文利用气相色谱法测定了头孢氨苄中丙酮的含量;以 OV-101毛细管柱为色谱柱,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃,柱温采用程序升温,氮气,氢气,空气为载气,以正丙醇为内标。结果表明,气相色谱法是五种简便、快速、高精度测定头孢氨苄中丙酮的实用方法。

The content of acetone in cefalexin was measured by means of Gas Chromatography,Using a column packed with the OV -101.The temperature of sample inlet and detector are 200℃ and 250℃, respectively.The rise in temperature of the column is controlled by program.The carrier gases used are nitrogen,hydrogen and air,respectively.The internal standard is n-propanol.The results show that this method is simple,rapid and precision.
