摘要
目的 探讨流式尿沉渣全自动分析仪、尿干化学分析仪及尿沉渣显微镜检对尿液有形成分检测的临床应用价值。方法 随机选择307份住院病人尿标本,同时用三种方法进行检测,比较其多个参数结果。结果 尿沉渣分析仪对红细胞、白细胞有较高的灵敏度和精确度,但对管型的检测不如显微镜检准确;尿干化学法具有快速、简便的特点;两者联合使用可降低假阳性。对前二者不符合的标本用显微镜检复查,可降低人工复查的工作量。结论 此三种方法联合应用,可提高检测结果的精确度和准确度,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of UF-100 flow cytometer chemical dipstick and microscopy for examination of formed elements in urine. Method Three hundred and seven samples of urine taken from hospitalized patients were tested with UF-100 flow cytometer chemical dipstick and microscopy. The results obtained were compared. Results The flow cytometer was highly sensitive and precise in detecting RBC and WBC but not as accurate as microscopy in distinguishing casts. Chemical dipstick was characterized to be quick and simple to perform. combination of these 2 methods might reduce false-positive results. When the results of the above 2 methods were not in agreement microscopy was submitted. Conclusion Combined use of the three methods can raise the precision and accuracy and is more valuable in clinical examination.
