摘要
目的 :评价 M型彩色超声 (MCU S)对研究冠心病患者左室舒张功能的价值。方法 :MCUS测量 34例冠心病患者和30例正常人左室流入道舒张早、晚期的血流传播速度 (RFP)、传播加速度时间 (TFP)及传播持续时间 (DFP) ;同时比较 M型彩色血流的色泽明亮度。 结果 :冠心病组左室流入道舒张早期 RFP、TFP及舒张晚期 RFP有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;舒张晚期TFP及舒张早、晚期 DFP与正常组无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;从色泽明亮度比较 ,舒张早、晚期有明显变化。 结论 :MCUS检测左室流入道舒张期血流变化对评价冠心病患者左室舒张功能有重要价值。
Objective: To evaluate the role of M mode color ultrasound(MCUS) in studying left ventriclar diastolic function(LVDF) in patients with coronary heart diseases(CHD). The blood flow velocity and brightness in left ventricular inflow tract(LVIT) of early and late diastolic stage were measured by MCUS. Methods: The rate of flow propagation(RFP), time of flow propagation(TFP) and duration of flow propagation(DFP) were measured in LVIT of early and late diastolic stage by MCUS in 34 patients with CHD and 30 normal subjects. At the same time the brightness of color M mode flow were compared. Results: As compared with normal subjects, the early diastolic RFP, TFP and the late diastolic RFP showed significant difference ( P <0.01) in patients with CHD. There were no significant differences ( P >0.05) in values of early diastolic TFP and values of early and late diastolic DFP between patients and normal subjects. There were also great changes in brightness in early and late diastolic stage between the 2 groups. Conclusion: Flow changes measured by MCUS in LVIT during diastolic period may be very useful in evaluating LVDF in patients with CHD. [
