阿魏酸钠对糖尿病患者左心室舒张功能的影响

Effect of Sodium Ferulate to Left Ventricular Diastolic Function of Diabetic Mellitus

目的 :了解阿魏酸钠 (川芎素 )对糖尿病患者左室心功能各参数的影响。方法 :用药前后用彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左室心功能参数。结果 :与用药前比较 ,用药后心输出量舒张早期最大充盈速度及舒张晚期充盈加速时间明显增加 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1 ) ,而舒张晚期最大充盈速度和舒张早期充盈加速时间则较用药前明显降低 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5)。结论 :糖尿病患者应用阿魏酸钠可改善左心室舒张功能。

Objective:To study the evaluation of sodium Ferulate in the tratment of left ventricular diastolic function in dvabets mellitus. Methods: left ventricular diastolic function be measured by echocardiography with before treatment & after treatment. Results: CO, VE and EDT of treatment at 1/2 month were more than that of before treatment; VA and EAT of treatment at 1/2 month were lower than that of before treatment. Conclusion: Sodium Ferulate can improve left ventricular diastolic in diabetes mellitus.
