连云港市大中专学生艾滋病知识态度和性观念调查

Knowledge and attitude about AIDS and sexual perception in college and technical secondary school students in Lianyungang

目的 :了解连云港市大中专学生对艾滋病的知识、态度和性观念。方法 :对 3所学校采用随机分层整群抽样的方法 ,抽取 10 0 0名学生为调查对象。调查问卷 ,由学生自行填写。SAS软件统计分析。结果 :该市大中专学生 95 %知道艾滋病是一种危害极大的传染病 ,了解传播途径 ,对其流行势态回答正确率达 92 % ,但在非传播途径答对率较低 ,对艾滋病人态度认识不足 ,尤其是性道德的态度令人担忧。结论 :应加强对学生的健康教育 ,关注青少年 ,配合全社会共同预防 AIDS、性病 ,提高学生的自我保健和防范能力。

Objective:To understand the knowlege and attitude about AIDS and sexual perception in college and technical secondary school students in Lianyungang.Methods:A questionnaire surrey was conducted among 1 000 students using stratified cluster sampling method.Result:,95% of the students know about AIDS is one of the infectious disease which extremely disserve peoples health and it has three main transmission routes as well.92% students correctly answered the epidemic situation of AIDS,but small parts of the students know about non transmission route.It shows that lack of knowledge about patients with AIDS for students,especially the attitudes about sexual moral we should be worried about.Conclusion:Health education should be intensified among student,priority should be put on adolescence.And we should cooperate with the whole society to prevent AIDS and sexual disease,and improve the self health care and protective ability.
